Return and Refund

At IIKOSA Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased during clearance sales
• Gift cards or vouchers

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@ikosacosmetics.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Replacement Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned or damaged item, we will provide a replacement within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
